We’ve chosen the AWDis Just Cool Girlie Capris. They are 3/4 length, so you’ll be able to keep cool while you work out. They’re also great if you enjoy training outside because not only will you be keeping cool, but you’ll also be protected against the sun. They have a UPF (ultraviolet protection factor) of 30+, which is very good. This means that 96% – 97% of UV radiationwill be blocked, meaning your skin will be safe in the heat.
These leggings have an elasticated, smooth waistband. This is really handy because it means the leggings will be able to fit your body really well, it also means they have quite a bit of room and will stretch, keeping you comfortable while you train!
